Plumb Thermals work within the commercial plumbing sector. Working with larger contractors we can design the mechanical specification and works schedule. Types of commercial projects we have recently worked on, include shop fitting a restaurant in Norwich city centre, renovating a large period property in Wymondham and a commercial leak investigation and repair in Great Yarmouth.
1 Plan. Get everything in place to start to achieve desired outcome, understand the remit and clarify your scope of works. Survey the property, taking into consideration the health and safety aspects of the installation. Create a coordinated schematic drawing to match the specifications and schedules provided; ensuring that it complies with building regulations. Liaise with the client to ensure specification meets the remit and agree treatment of variations or additional works.
With your plan in place and the enabling works allocated begin programming the works coordinating with other trades, time scales & constraints taking into account delivery lead times.
Ensure the correct competent and qualified people are carrying out skilled works. Submit bill of materials and compare quotes from suppliers for the best price and delivery dates.
Install, Test services, review and record. Hand over project(whether full or partial) to client on agreed basis.
