First Fix & Second Fix

This bathroom installation was part of a property reconstruction, comprising changing a large  bedroom into an ensuite. The bedroom was on the first floor so we were able to get sufficient fall on the drainage by lifting the floor boards and running the waste to an existing soil and vent pipe outside. Concealed water pipes were chased into the wall and left exposed and capped in suitable locations for the shower, wc cistern and basin. The walls were then tiled, bathroom furniture including shower tray and enclosure were fitted, final connections made to both water services and wastes
